ZAZ Electro
ZAZ Electro is a fun project of EcoFactor, designed for the Kyiv - Monte Carlo Electric Marathon.
EcoFactor crew was able to drive almost 3,000 km and visit 10 European countries on the ZAZ-966 that was turned electrical. The car features bright patriotic design and wonderful technical characteristics, all of it gave the vehicle a new life and lead to the second place in the Electric Marathon.

What was done in this project?
The crew drove through 10 countries, came fifth place in the overall rating and came second among converted cars.
A UKRAINIAN ENGINE
The engine was replaced with a new one but it was also made in Ukraine.
A JAPANESE BATTERY
A new battery produced in Japan was installed.
SLOVIANKA — A SPECIAL TECHNOLOGY TO REWIND THE ENGINE
In this way the engine consumes half the energy consumed by Tesla engines.
AMERICAN CONTROLLER
An American controller was installed.
Technical specifications
The main task of the converted “zaporozhets” ZAZ-966 was to attract attention to electric vehicles and to demonstrate that this is the reality of today.
